The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, develop, and understand the skills required to be an efficient and effective commercial installation mechanic. Entry level candidates accepted, experience preferred. Summary: For over 115 years, W.F. Responsibilities: Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns. Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Basic math skills Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you?
