Job Description:
Marvin, a leader in custom windows and doors, seeks an
Architectural Project Coordinator to join our Project Management &
Coordination team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between
initial architectural designs and the final construction outcomes,
ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the architectural
specifications and client expectations. The ideal candidate will
coordinate project activities related to Marvin's bespoke
solutions, facilitating seamless integration of our products into
various construction projects. Liaise with architects, clients, and
construction teams to ensure design requirements are met.
Coordinate and review architectural drawings and plans, adjusting
project plans as necessary. Manage multiple project timelines,
ensuring all milestones are achieved within specified deadlines.
Facilitate communication between all parties to address and resolve
design and construction issues. Conduct site visits and project
status reviews to ensure compliance with architectural
specifications. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project
documentation, including tracking budgets and project spending.
Provide hands-on support during installations and the construction
phase to ensure product integration is executed flawlessly. Strong
understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
Proficiency in CAD software and MS Project or equivalent project
management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to
read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or
equivalent desired. Professional certifications related to
architecture or construction management are a plus.
