As an Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles, including engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate and timely repair estimates. Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle issues, repairs, and recommended maintenance. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Keep up-to-date with automotive industry advancements and attend training as required. Qualifications : Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and computerized diagnostic tools. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical issues. ASE certification or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
