Job Description:

Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Asset Support Specialist to join our dynamic property management team, focusing on ensuring the superb quality and operational excellence of our unique residential offerings. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth operations and maintenance oversight across our portfolio of single-story apartments tailored for older adults who value comfort and privacy. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of property assets, ensuring all properties adhere to Redwood's high standards of quality and service. Liaise between tenants and property management for maintenance requests, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution of issues. Perform regular inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams to manage repairs, upgrades, and operational functionality of each asset. Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs. Provide administrative support including maintaining records of asset conditions, work orders, and correspondences with tenants and vendors. Support budget management by monitoring expenses related to property upkeep and suggesting cost-effective solutions. Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficient in property management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Property Management (CPM) or similar is highly preferred Familiarity with building codes and maintenance regulations
