Securitas Inc., a global pioneer in protective services, is seeking a Program Manager for National Accounts to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing the security services provided to national clients, integrating Securitass state-of-the-art technology and comprehensive security strategies. The ideal candidate will handle program development, strategic oversight, and maintain client relationships to ensure the highest levels of service and safety. Develop and implement comprehensive security programs for national accounts, customized to client needs and industry standards. Manage a team of security professionals and coordinators to ensure that all aspects of the security program are executed effectively. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior management to align national account programs with Securitas’s strategic goals and operational capabilities. Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and feedback mechanisms. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to security and law enforcement. Drive innovation within the program by integrating advanced security technology and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage large, complex programs effectively Deep understanding of security systems and technology Capability to make data-driven strategic decisions High proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by ASIS International Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
