Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed. /n - Perform inspection processes. /n - Work with production associates to improve processes and measurement methods. /n - Perform metallurgical testing. /n - Assist with the development of product acceptance criteria and inspection process improvement. /n - Develop and/or enhance documented procedures to improve quality and production processes. /n - Assist with training personnel in quality procedures, inspection and testing methods. /n - Assist with calibration of gages and other inspection equipment. /n /n Requirements /n - Associate degree in manufacturing; quality engineering disciplines or an equivalent combination of education and 3() years of experience in a manufacturing quality position required. /n - In-depth knowledge of quality tools and methods. /n - Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing inspection and analysis methods. /n - Understanding of quality processes and ISO 9001/14001 standards. /n - Familiar with calibration methods. /n - Knowledge of metallurgical processes, micrographic preparation and analysis a plus. /n - Ability to initiate problem solving activities to ensure team success. /n - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. /n - Proficient with Microsoft Office software. /n /n Tsubaki is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disability PM21
