Job title: Financial Analyst Location: On-site | Near Akron, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base (depending

Key Responsibilities (Financial Analyst): Analyze and interpret
financial data to guide business decisions Prepare monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial reports Support budgeting,
forecasting, and variance analysis Collaborate cross-functionally
to monitor key financial metrics Assist leadership with financial
modeling and ad hoc analysis Qualifications (Financial Analyst): 3
years in a financial analyst or similar role Bachelor's in Finance,
Accounting, or related field Proficient with Excel (pivot tables,
VLOOKUPs) and financial reporting LI-CL1 CFStaffing Financial
