Job Description:
Payroll Analyst Salary: Up to $82,000, depending on experience

provided. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Execute
bi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring
compliance with federal and state regulations. Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce, including
compensation, deductions, and benefits information. Reporting:
Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies and
ensure accuracy. Benefits Administration: Assist with the
administration of pension and benefits plans, including enrollment,
changes, and compliance. Employee Support: Address payroll and
benefits inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate
information. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years
of payroll processing experience in an HRIS/Payroll System, with a
focus on payroll over retirement. Technical Skills: Proficiency in
Excel; experience with ADP Workforce is a plus. Attention to
Detail: Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
Adaptability: Ability to think on the fly and handle multiple tasks
efficiently. Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal skills
to collaborate with various departments and address employee
inquiries. Salary and Benefits: Salary: Up to $82,000, depending on
