development support Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable
Specialist Generate and send accurate customer invoices in a timely
manner Monitor accounts for incoming payments and follow up on
overdue invoices Apply payments accurately to customer accounts
Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed
Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies or disputes
Prepare regular aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts as
needed Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments
are accounted for and properly posted Assist with month-end closing
processes and reporting Collaborate with the sales and customer
service teams to ensure smooth billing operations Comply with
company policies and accounting standards Preferred Qualifications
of the Accounts Receivable Specialist High school diploma or
equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or related field 2 years of experience in accounts
receivable or a similar accounting role Strong understanding of
accounting principles and accounts receivable procedures
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP,
Oracle) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work
independently and meet deadlines The Accounts Receivable Specialist
role is fully onsite in Cuyahoga Falls, OH with a salary range of
$45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
