Emergency Medicine Opening in Athens, OHColumbus 74m; Cincinnati 156mSeeking a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join its growing emergency department program in Athens, OH. This full-time, permanent position offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, administrative support, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented ED environment at a respected regional hospital. ED Volume: 28,000 annual visits Facility: 22-bed Emergency Department Coverage: 24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts) 36 hours/day of APP coverage Weekend Coverage: 12-hour shifts blended with day/night or night-only schedule as preferred EMR: EPIC Full-time Employee (W2) or Independent Contractor (1099) options available On-site administrative support for clinical efficiency Residency in the immediate area may be required (relocation assistance to be discussed)Compensation Competitive compensation with all-night shift schedule bonus W2 Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (HSA option available) $250,000 Group Life Insurance Policy 401(k) with Company Contribution $3,000 Annual CME AllowanceRequirements Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, or Family/Internal Medicine with 12+ months or 2,000 hours of Emergency Medicine experience Active Ohio medical license (or in process) List of emergency procedures the provider is trained and experienced in Proof of COVID-19 vaccination DEA license (must be obtained prior to start) - No exemptions Clean malpractice and licensure history
